What may happen during an encounter?
The main goal is to assist in helping you access plant spirit knowledge with at least one plant species in your environment. People who have engaged with this practice find that meeting and befriending a plant (or plants) in this way creates a lifetime bond between the human and the plant species.
Each encounter is curtailed to your individual preferences and needs. Examples of what is included in an encounter: plant(s) meditation, plant(s) journal meditation, tarot reading, imbibing chosen plant species, making a plant spirit essence, and education on folklore, history, and medicinal uses of plant(s).
What is included in the Plant Spirit Encounter?
—Initial phone call with Kaitlyn to discuss what your preferences and any goals you have in mind for the experience, planning time and place.
—2-3 hour encounter in nature urban space (depending on need, may be garden, river, or somewhere similar. Herbal tea and all necessary items provided. This may include, but not limited to: plant(s) meditation, plant(s) journalling, tarot reading, imbibing chosen plant species, making a plant spirit essence, and education on folklore, history, and medicinal uses of plant(s).
